Excellent host, sharing all information that we need.
For a month I have been trying to exchange there the EURo currency which has flooded and I cannot do it in Poland. Establishing contact and cooperation is a kind of misunderstanding and some tragedy do not respond to enamel queries, so I'm calling and setting a deadline for when I should be in this bank ..... I am over a specific time set by phone and there is a surprise ... Ms states that there is no answer so I will not accept email, so again I am waiting for the next week asking for information on e-mail every day when I can come change currency ..... it is indescribable what level of service they serve.... the only one positive point the people in the recepion are very kind but it is all good thing from DNB
